Disruption to courier services - Middle East

As the situation in the Middle East evolves, please be aware that courier services to the region, as well as those beyond, are likely to encounter longer transit times. Shipments exported to or imported from Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates will incur an Elevated Risk surcharge. In addition, shipping costs to all regions may be increased due to other related factors outside of our control. We will always try to keep you updated of any changes to your order with us, or please get in touch if you have any questions.

 

Shipping

• We ship Worldwide via DHL or Fed Ex. 
• South American customers - please insert your TAX ID in the Checkout notes section - approx. 7 day delivery
• USA.  Most locations 2 days. For remote locations please allow 3-5 days
• Europe. Most locations are next day. Depending which option you chose. For remote locations please allow 3-5 days
• Rest of World 5-10 days

 

Taxes & Import Duties

For international orders, please note that import duties, local taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are payable upon delivery.

We are UK VAT registered (VAT No. 119 3380 19).

All prices are shown exclusive of local import taxes, except for UK orders where VAT is included.

Please check with your local customs authority before ordering, as tax and duty regulations can change without notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or refund any import charges incurred.

Changes may occur within your country on taxes that sometimes we are not aware of - please check import duties/taxes before you buy as we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
