We ship orders securely using DPD/DHL or Royal Mail (for low cost items).

Delivery Times

  • UK - NEXT WORKING DAY or up to 2-4 days for free delivery
  • USA 2-3 days
  • Canada up to 3-7 days for remote locations
  • Europe 1-2 days with DHL. 3-4 days with DPD
  • Rest of World 2-4 days. Please note that if you are in a remote location, the time will be extended and there maybe an extra charge. Please contact if you want to know before ordering

Our daily cut off for orders to be dispatched that day is 2pm. However, if you are ordering after 2pm please email us at info@starkeyoutdoor.co.uk or call +44(0)1273 956186 and we will and assist.

Delivery times are where goods are in stock. Orders dispatched Monday - Friday only.

Changes may occur within your country on taxes that sometimes we are not aware of - please check import duties/taxes before you buy as we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

For International Buyers, please note import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

 

BREXIT

Europe is STILL 0% duty but you will have to pay SALES TAXES in your country. PRE BREXIT you would have paid 20% VAT to us. This is no longer the case. Instead you are not charged the 20% VAT at the point of purchase and instead will pay it in your own country upon delivery. This is usually around 20%. There may be a small administration fee from the carrier. In summary the cost is about the same as Pre Brexit.

If you are uncertain please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing an order with us.

Fraud Prevention

Some people in this World want things for free and have a habit of stealing information from genuine people like you. From time to time we may select random orders to verify it's really you who's ordering and paying for items with Starkey Outdoor. We hope you don't mind.

 

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods as supplied please notify us within 14 days and return within 30 days for a full refund (less the cost of carriage) or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage to lenses reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or exchange. Unfortunately some buyers have taken advantage of our generosity and have returned lenses that they have damaged. It's a shame that a few ruin it for the many but that is why we have implemented the 48 hour policy.
